Eligible producers may vote at any Texas A&M Extension Service county office, regardless of where your cattle are located or where you live! All producers, regardless of age, who owned cattle between June 6, 2013, and June 6, 2014, are eligible to vote. Remember that a husband and wife involved in a sole proprietorship ranching operation that is not incorporated will each have one vote. Legal business entities, e.g. corporations, LLC’s, LLP’s, etc. are entitled to just one vote. Youth who owned cattle for 4-H, FFA or other purposes can vote, however a parent or guardian’s signature is required on the ballot.
