TSCRA hosted its annual New Leader Conference in Fort Worth this week for newly-elected officers, directors and committee leaders. The two-day conference included training on talking with the media and educational sessions about how the association is organized, develops policy and operates on a day-to-day basis. Attendees also heard about current and future political and legislative issues and received updates on market and financial issues that could affect the cattle industry.
