AgLawBlog: Revised outline for FMCSA ag hauling regulations

Last month Beth Rumley from the National Ag Law Center and Tiffany Lashmet, Ag Law Specialist with Texas A&M Agrilife Extension, published a fact sheet outlining the steps to analyze if various Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations would apply to ag haulers.
