The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is offering free soil testing in the Geronimo and Alligator creeks Watershed and the Arroyo Colorado Watershed until Nov. 17 to area farmers, ranchers and homeowners. In the Lower Rio Grande Valley, the Arroyo Colorado Watershed Partnership is offering free soil testing until Jan. 31, 2016, for agricultural producers in Cameron, Hidalgo and Willacy counties.
