The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released this week the March “World Agricultural Supply & Demand Estimates” (WASDE) report, which raised the 2016 forecast of total red meat and poultry production from last month. Small reductions in beef and pork were offset by a forecast for higher first-quarter broiler and turkey production, USDA said. Read more at Feedstuffs…
