Vote for BEEF as best new retail product

Refrigerated & Frozen Foods magazine hosts an annual contest for the best new retail products and an exciting new beef product is in the running. Colorado Premium’s line of aged steaks and beef tips, branded as “Truly Simple,” is in the lead but we need your support to keep lean, healthy beef no. 1.
These perfectly portioned, center-cut traditional steaks and beef tips are positioned to fit the lifestyle needs of Millennials and aging Baby Boomers looking for “a little bit of beef” in their diet. The 4-oz portioned steaks are an extension of the ground-breaking beef industry muscle profiling research.
The innovative retail package boasts beef’s positive nutrition message front and center. For example, the nutrition callouts on the Center-Cut Sirloin steak are: 120 Calories per steak, Extra Lean, Excellent Source of Protein, Zinc, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6, and Good Source of Iron. All packages have recipes and cooking instructions.
You can cast a vote for BEEF once per day, every day until April 29. Every unique digital device counts as a separate vote, so vote on your computers, iPads, iPods and smart phones!
