Extreme eastern Texas received more than 10 inches of rain this week, with 2+ inches stretching from southeastern Oklahoma to the lower and mid Rio Grande Valley. Abnormally Dry (D0) and Moderate Drought (D1) conditions in eastern, central, and southern Texas were eliminated.
