TSCRA leaders and representatives visited with U.S. Rep. Will Hurd, Dist. 23, Monday in Austin. TSCRA appreciates Rep. Hurd for the hard work he does on behalf of ranchers. District 23 covers the counties from San Antonio south to the Mexico border and west to El Paso.
