TSCRA officers and directors had lunch with Texas Speaker of the House Joe Straus Monday in Austin to discuss TSCRA’s legislative priorities for the upcoming Legislative Session. Association leaders updated Speaker Straus on TSCRA’s property rights initiative, water and surface damage issues, animal health issues and more. TSCRA looks forward to working with Speaker Straus in the 85th Texas Legislature, which begins in January 2017.
