TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, Dist. 5 in eastern Oklahoma, reports the theft of a horse from a pasture in McCurtain County sometime between March 5 and 7. The 1999 sorrel Quarter Horse mare has a star, strip and snip, as well as a J bar connected brand on the left thigh. The mare is bred and due to foal soon.
