TSCRA Special Ranger Jimmy Belt, Dist. 23 in South Texas, reports a tractor stolen from property in southern Chambers County between Tuesday night and early wed morning this week. Stolen was an orange 4-wheel drive Kubota Model 5140HD with a 5-foot brush hog on rear and yellow front loader.
