TSCRA Special Ranger Hal Dumas, Dist. 21 in Central Texas, reports 2 cows missing from a Brazos County pasture since Jan. 27. Missing is a Charolais cow branded with a D falling R on the left hip, and a speckle-faced Hereford cow. These cows should be wet or springing.
