TSCRA Crime Watch: Calves shot and skid loader, trailer stolen  in Coleman County

TSCRA Special Ranger Joe Roberts, Dist. 16 in near West Texas, reports calves shot and 2 skid loaders and a gooseneck trailer stolen from properties in Coleman County. Some time between Oct. 20 and Nov. 11, eight head of calves weighing 450 to 600 pounds, each, were shot in pastures around CR 419 and CR 484 in the Novice area. Roberts also reports 2 skid loaders and a gooseneck trailer stolen from properties near Coleman sometime between Oct. 28 and Nov. 3. Missing is a gray and yellow New Holland skid loader model L218, VIN # NEM485470; a yellow 2012 Caterpillar skid loader, model 279C, VIN # 0MBT02737; and a black dovetail 40-foot gooseneck Pro-Trak trailer, Texas license plate 505455H, VIN #5BNDG4027XC001078. Anyone with information is urged to call Special Ranger Roberts at 325-669-1427.
