TSCRA Special Ranger Hal Dumas, Dist. 21 in East Texas, reports 2 bulls missing from a pasture in Milam County. The bulls, a Charolais and a black Brangus, were last seen on Sept. 1 and are both branded with a quarter circle over a leaning J on the right hip.
