TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, Dist. 15 in Central Texas, reports a black cow missing from a property near Bruceville Eddy in western Falls County. Sometime between Feb. 8 and 9 a thief or thieves loaded the unbranded black cow using a set of unlocked shipping and receiving pens by the highway.
