TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, Dist. 15 in Central Texas, reports a black cow missing from a property near Bruceville Eddy in western Falls County. Sometime between Feb. 8 and 9 a thief or thieves loaded the unbranded black cow using a set of unlocked shipping and receiving pens by the highway. The thieves pulled her numbered backtag and left it at the scene. If you have any information regarding this theft, please call Special Ranger Wills at 254-865-2571.
