TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, Dist. 5 in northeast Oklahoma, reports 20 heifers missing from a pasture south of White Oak in Craig County some time after Nov. 24. The unbranded heifers are mostly black or black with a white face have custom ear tags in left ear with AVR stamped on them for Ash Valley Ranch.
