Full day of information sessions at summer meeting

Tuesday’s summer membership meeting agenda of activities included information sessions and talks from industry professionals at the Sheraton in Arlington. Attendees received updates on issues regarding advancements in water desalinization, Texas’ state trichomoniasis program, federal and state policy priorities and the future of the beef production.
The evening’s social event included dinner at theTexas Rangers Hall of Fame Museum at Globe Life Park and watching the Texas Rangers versus the Miami Marlins.
The summer meeting will wrap on Wednesday with a general session and board meeting featuring a talk with Kathleen Jackson with the Texas Water Development Board.
