Is it trespassing if a neighbor’s drone flies over your land? The answer remains unclear. A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought against a Kentucky man who shot down a drone that he believed was flying over his property in 2015. In a Tuesday opinion, a US District Judge ruled in favor of the landowner’s motion to dismiss, finding that federal court is not the proper venue for this claim.
