For the Fed Cattle Exchange auction held July 5, 2017, 2,093 head were offered with only 429 head sold. The weighted average price was down from last week, at $117.75 for 1-9 day delivery, where 92 head of Kansas heifers sold; and 17-30 day delivery, where 337 head of Nebraska steers sold with a weighted average price of $117.25.
