Dan Gattis

First Vice President

Dan M. Gattis, Georgetown, Texas, is the owner of Gattis Law Firm PC, Gattis Cattle Company, LLC and Gattis Ranches, LLC. He has both a purebred operation raising registered Beefmaster cattle and a commercial operation running Beefmaster and Red Angus cattle. 

Born in Austin in 1967, he is the sixth generation of his family to farm and ranch in Williamson County. Gattis graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a bachelor of science in agricultural economics, followed by a juris doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1994. 

He was a State Representative in the Texas Legislature for District 20, Williamson and Milam counties, from 2003 to 2011. Gattis and his wife, Shana, have three children; Sterling, Carson and Kenedy.
