Crime Watch: Charolais bull missing in Lavaca County

Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Ranger Robert Fields, District 25 in South Texas and the Mid-Gulf Coasts, reports a Charolais bull missing near Shiner, Texas, since early March.
