Fort Worth, Texas – Come join the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) for a ranch gathering on Thursday, Sept. 9, at the Bradley 3 Ranch in Memphis, Texas. The gathering will begin at 5:30 p.m. with registration followed by a free fajita dinner and presentations.
“Things are heating up in Washington and Austin. Now is the time for cattle raisers to unite to protect our way of life,” said Dave Scott, TSCRA president. “TSCRA ranch gatherings are a great place for folks to get together and discuss what is going on in the cattle business and how they can help. In addition to a legislative update, TSCRA Special Rangers will be on hand to discuss how to protect your property and livestock from theft. Anyone who would like to come out and enjoy the evening is invited.”
Please RSVP to Brooke Messer at 1-800-242-7820, ext. 192, or [email protected].
The Bradley 3 Ranch is located at 15591 County Road K in Memphis.
The event is open to the public. All members of the press are invited to attend.
The ranch gathering is sponsored by Bradley 3 Ranches, Ltd., Helena Chemical Company and Micro Beef Technologies.
The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is a 133-year-old trade organization. As the largest and oldest livestock association in Texas, TSCRA represents more than 15,000 beef cattle producers, ranching families and businesses who manage approximately 4 million head of cattle on 51.5 million acres of range and pasture land, primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. TSCRA provides law enforcement and livestock inspection services, legislative and regulatory advocacy, industry news and information, insurance services and educational opportunities for its members and the industry.
