Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Ranger Michael Looney, District 7 in Northwest Texas, reports multiple saddles and tack stolen from a horse trailer at the South Plains College Rodeo Grounds in Levelland. The stolen items include a chocolate-colored Jeff Smith team roping saddle, a light brown roughout Teskey team roping saddle, a Dutton correction bit, a stainless steel solid-core bit, a Tristan Mahoney bit marked “JM,” a pair of Nettles wood stirrups, a blue and black Classic Equine saddle pad, and a blue and gold Cactus rope bag. The items were stolen from the horse trailer around 12:51 a.m. Sept. 21.
