Texas Central Rail is continuing to push their project forward despite opposition from many landowners, landowner groups and legislators. They were in the news again recently with a new CEO and additional staff, now claiming they have deals in progress with landowners for half the land needed for the train’s path from Dallas to Houston. They appear undeterred by the possibility of court battles with the remainder of landowners who don’t want a train across their property. Read more at NBCDFW…
