The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) Wednesday, June 13 applauded the decision from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to not list the dunes sagebrush lizard as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. On June 10, sometime between midnight and 3:00 a.m., a thief or thieves entered a garage to steal a red 1988 Kawasaki Mule™ and assorted hand tools, socket sets and chains. The Mule™ had a canvas top and a tool basket on the front.
