TSCRA Honorary Director James “Jim” Monroe Brizendine passed away on Friday, April 27. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, at Starrville Cemetery, Winona, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. at Starrville Methodist Church in Winona, under direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 215 East Front Street, Tyler, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 30.
