TSCRA Past President William C. “Bill” Donnell

TSCRA Past President William C. “Bill” Donnell passed away at his home in Alpine on Sunday, April 15. A memorial service will be held at the ranch in Marathon on Thursday, April 19, at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Roxana H. Donnell Memorial Nursing Endowment at Sul Ross State University, Box C13, Alpine, Texas 79832.
