Bill would prevent FSA closures

Rep. Leonard Boswell, D-Iowa, along with Rep. Rick Crawford, R-Ark., introduced legislation that would prevent the Department of Agriculture from closing any Farm Service Agency offices until the completion of proper county workload assessments.
