The March report, which contained February slaughter data, has been removed from the Internet and the parallel data removed from the Quick Stats database. The Livestock Slaughter report contains monthly data on cattle, calves, sheep, lambs, hogs and pigs slaughtered in commercial and federally-inspected plants by state in addition to red meat production by species at the U.S. and state levels.
